Niños, Cambios, Puertas
The Department of Romance Languages and Literature, in partnership with Student Union, offers the Latino Youth Tutoring/Mentoring Progams: three volunteer programs for college students who would like to serve the young Latino community in St. Louis and at the same time practice their Spanish skills. The programs are:
- Niños Program working with elementary school Latino children.
- Cambios Program working with mid and high school Latino youth.
- Puertas Program a college prep working with Latino juniors, seniors and high school graduates.
Casa de Salud
Volunteering at Casa gives you the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of those less fortunate and to bring better health and prosperity to our region.
